Rob Metcalf specializes in business valuations and litigation support services. Since 1995, he has been involved in over a thousand valuations of companies in a wide variety of industries for a variety of purposes. The companies he has valued have ranged in size from small family-owned businesses to large companies with national holdings.

Litigation support services that Rob provides include calculations related to economic damages, lost profits, bankruptcies, business interruption claims, shareholder/owner disputes, and municipal annexation actions.

He has served as an expert witness regarding business valuations and litigation support issues. In addition to business valuation and litigation support services, Rob’s experience includes financial accounting, tax compliance, and tax planning. Rob has been a practicing CPA since 1985. Before joining MarksNelson in 1995, he was employed by Laventhol & Horwath, Ernst & Young, and Morgan and Van Nortwick, an Alaskan CPA firm. He became a member in 2001.
