Elaine Boch

Elaine specializes in Foreign-Trade Zones and Federal, State, and Local Credit and Incentives. She provides solutions that help her clients with Foreign-Trade Zone implementation and ongoing compliance. In addition, she helps her clients streamline their international transportation and import process. Elaine takes ample time to thoroughly understand her client's import process and ERP systems to identify their challenges and develop creative solutions.

Her continuous study of the ever-changing import process, and consistent communication with her clients, allows her clients to make necessary changes to their transportation and import process to maximize their savings and minimize their compliance risk. 

Prior to joining MarksNelson in 2017, Elaine worked at Miller & Company P.C. in Foreign-Trade Zone Compliance, Kubota Tractor Corporation as a Foreign-Trade Zone Specialist, and C.H. Robinson in Export Compliance. She has years of experience in consulting, in addition to manufacturing and warehouse distribution.
