David Belpedio

David Belpedio leads the firm's Commercial Real Estate industry specialty group. He is responsible for positioning MarksNelson as the premier partner dedicated to maintaining and growing commercial property needs. David works directly with clients to identify new opportunities, negotiate incentive opportunities, and support ongoing property tax needs. He is entrusted with coaching team members and fostering a collaborative and high performance environment. Additionally, David leads the State and Local Tax (SALT) group and the Specialty Services practice at MarksNelson, working with clients throughout the U.S. to help them reduce their tax burden and leverage economic development tools.
